Returns
You may return most new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at contact@carscovershub.com or call us at +1 (870) 581-2013 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Customized or personalized seat covers
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us with details and images of the issue.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For exchanges or returns due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
